Cavan is a passionate Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Certified Sleep Science Coach, Certifying Oxygen Advantage Breath Coach, ICF coach, NASM certified trainer/ nutritional specialist with strong interest in optimizing (biohacking) body & mind performance. After learning about his mom’s chronic diseases in 2017, he’s turned his attention to various Integrative Medicine knowledge which may provide the key to his mom’s conditions. Along the way, he realized that optimizing ones’ wholistic health (both body & mind) is the only way to create sustainable loving relationship in life and High Performance in work.
His Mission: Combining my engineer’s innate problem solving mindset with my Functional Medicine Knowledge and corporate training facilitation skillsets, Cavan aims to deliver an adequate balance of knowledge, motivation & rewards in any engagement with his clients. Dr Po Sun Yeung is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner with The Functional Medicine University and is the Chief Medical Director of Shiny Sky Integrated Medicine Centre in Hong Kong. Previously an orthopaedic trained surgeon from the University of Hong Kong for more than 20 years, he emigrated to the US and acquired extensive knowledge, training and practices in acupuncture, IV nutrient therapies, hormone replacement, chelation and ozone therapies at various well-known centres there.
Charmaine is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and a practising Biotherapist. Although she got a business degree, her interest has always been in Psychology, interactions between people, and how the human mind works. She loves cooking and works as a recipe developer and cooking instructor on a part-time basis.
Charmaine views the body as an integrative system and that the mind-body connection is vital to overall health. She uses many mind-body medicines, such as deep breathing techniques, mindfulness meditation, and tapping (EFT), to help her clients manage their stress so they can gain focus and clarity on how to best approach and improve their health. Charmaine draws from her healing journey to help her others as she knows that it can be demanding and stressful to make changes when one is exhausted from merely managing various chronic health symptoms.
As a cooking instructor, Charmaine understands what the challenges are when it comes to making healthy meals at home. Her experiences allow her to help her clients follow specific food and diet plans, from meal planning and prepping to customising delicious, simple and healthy recipes so the clients can nourish their bodies and, at the same time, reach their health goals.
By recognising the different challenges each person faces when implementing lasting healthy habits, Charmaine aids her clients in making realistic and achievable steps to improve their health, energy and overall physical and emotional wellbeing.
